School Aged Individualized Support
As children grow, the skills they need to thrive extend far beyond academics. Individualized sessions focus on building the practical, cognitive and social skills that support greater confidence and independence at school, at home and in the community.

Individualized 1:1 support for children and teens ages 6–18
Areas of support:
-
Executive functioning — planning, organization, time management, task initiation, working memory, flexible thinking and problem-solving
-
Daily living skills — hygiene, self-care, cooking, routines and household responsibilities
-
Independence — self-advocacy, decision-making, community skills and managing responsibilities
-
Academic tutoring — individualized support with schoolwork, study skills and learning strategies
-
Social communication — friendships, conversation, perspective-taking, conflict resolution and navigating social situations
-
Vocational preparation — identifying strengths and interests, workplace readiness, communication and building skills for future employment
The goal is bigger than mastering individual skills — it’s helping young people build the tools to navigate their world with greater independence and confidence.
